1.) Why do you use beeswax instead of soy wax?
Beeswax candles are not genetically modified, they burn at a lower temperature, produce less soot and last longer. Soy candles can pose environmental concerns and most soy is genetically modified. Many soy candles on the market are not 100% soy, and contain a high percentage of poisonous paraffin. 100% pure beeswax candles require no added fragrances or dyes, because the pollen and honey content of the wax offer a natural orange color and light, sweet fragrance. Also, when a beeswax candle burns, it helps clean the air by releasing negative ions. These help destroy the positively charged allergens and pollutants in your air. Many people have attributed beeswax candles with helping them deal with all sorts of airborne allergens.
2.) How do I use the candle as a massage oil? Do I just apply it on my skin while the candle is burning?
Ignite wick and let your candle burn for about 20 minutes. Put out the flame when the amount of wax desired has melted. Allow to cool slightly before applying. Always test with your fingertip first. Once the wax & oil reaches your desired temperature, you can begin massaging onto your skin.
3.) Is this product safe for my skin?
Our ingredients are all natural, but we advise you to consult your physician regarding any allergies to the ingredients. Each product has a description of all ingredients contained in that particular product. We are not healthcare professionals and cannot confirm the essential oils will be safe for individuals with sensitive skin, epilepsy, heart or kidney problems, or any serious medical condition. Always do a patch test and allow 48-72 hours for a reaction to show. If you have a reaction discontinue use of the product as you may have an allergy to an ingredient.

5.) Do your products contain Marijuana?
We use 100% unrefined organic Hemp oil for all of our products. Hemp is completely different from marijuana in its function, cultivation and application. There is no chemical makeup or psychoactive properties in any of our products.

6.) What is the burn time for your candles?
Varies, as it depends on how much wax you use on your body.
7.) What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products. In the event your order arrives damaged, please take a picture as soon as possible and email us at email@example.com. Returns/Exchanges will not be offered for choosing the wrong product at checkout. Please review your order before submitting.
8.) What kind of wick do you use for your candles?
We are proud to say our wicks are 100% cotton.
9.) Are all your ingredients plant-based?
Our products are mainly plant-based. However, our candles DO contain beeswax, which is not derived from a plant.
10.) What is a skin purge?
Purging occurs when your skin is adjusting to a new product, it can happen overnight after using the product but just note that this means that your skin is doing exactly what it is supposed to. The theory behind this is that your skin will get worse before it gets better, so hang in there! This is temporary, it can last anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on your skin.
11.) Should I stop using my product if i go through a skin purge?
It's entirely up to you. When you make the change from Chemical products to Chemical Free products your skin will naturally go through some sort of detox as you are putting natural ingredients on it. The key is to stick to your skin detox, you can use the product once a week and use a minimal amount just to get started. Do not start your new routine if you have a major event in case you do have sensitive skin or do break out.
12.) What if i break out from the products?
Everyone's skin is different, a skin purge is more likely to happen and it will go away. However, if you do breakout then discontinue use of the product.
